Paladin Security is hiring full-time Patient Watch Officers for healthcare facilities in the Westlock and Barrhead region of Alberta. The role involves continuous monitoring of patients, maintaining safety and confidentiality, using de-escalation techniques, documenting incidents, and communicating with hospital staff and security personnel. Candidates must be at least 18, have a clean criminal record, be legally authorized to work in Canada, hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and be willing to travel to rural healthcare facilities with a personal vehicle. The position is on-site with on-demand availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, and offers paid training, mileage reimbursement, and advancement opportunities.
