Description
The Pattern Maker develops initial and model patterns for industrial workwear and service uniforms, creates series-ready production patterns, prepares processing instructions, grading, and consumption cost calculations, analyzes tenders and contract requirements, supervises prototypes with the sample-cutting department, and supports production sites and traveling technicians. The role requires professional pattern-making training, relevant model-development experience, independent series-model development, CAD skills, and drawing software proficiency. It is a full-time position with 38.5 hours per week, flexible working hours, and an option to work from home by arrangement.
