MAS is hiring a Pattern Technologist based in Dehiwala to own the technical aspects of apparel and textile product development. The role involves creating and grading patterns from tech packs, verifying patterns against samples, incorporating customer feedback, supporting fit sessions, coordinating tech packs and sampling, and monitoring critical paths through production. Candidates need a degree in apparel or textiles, at least two years of relevant experience, and experience with Gerber Software.
