Description
Silbon is hiring a Patternmaking Manager to lead and oversee patternmaking across its men’s, women’s, kids’, and girls’ collections. The role coordinates suppliers, validates patterns, maintains base patterns and measurement charts, standardizes grading, identifies fit deviations, participates in fit sessions, and works with design and purchasing teams. Candidates need at least two years of fashion patternmaking experience, strong technical knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, and fitting, and the ability to interpret designs and translate them into consistent-fit garments. The position is based at Silbon’s Cordoba head office and is on-site.
