Description
Hall Constructors is hiring a full-time Paver Operator to safely and efficiently operate asphalt paving equipment, including Blaw-Knox pavers, to place, spread, and finish asphalt on civil construction projects. The role involves screed and material-flow adjustments, grade control, truck and roller coordination, equipment inspections, hazard assessments, and site preparation. Candidates need 2–3+ years of asphalt-paver or similar heavy-equipment experience, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, knowledge of paving operations and safety practices, and the ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions. Compensation is $46.96, with extended health benefits and other employee benefits.
