Description
The Paving Superintendent will lead a crew of 10–15 people and oversee daily paving operations, including crew supervision, budget adherence, safety compliance, materials and equipment management, compaction and rolling patterns, project documentation, maintenance, training, and customer service. The role is full-time, requires travel, and involves active work at construction job sites with exposure to weather, fumes, mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise. Preferred qualifications include at least three years of Paving Superintendent experience, knowledge of compaction and rolling techniques, and the ability to read construction plans.
