Description
The Sales/Loan Associate will greet and assist customers, evaluate and appraise merchandise, process pawn loans and related transactions, complete required documentation, maintain product displays, educate customers, process cash, and follow compliance and loss-prevention procedures. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, computer, and math skills, along with dependability, honesty, and teamwork; retail or customer-service experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
