PAL Management, Inc. is hiring a Pawnbroker to evaluate jewelry, consumer electronics, tools, and other collateral; conduct testing and valuation; explain pawn loans, purchases, and trade-in options; negotiate offers; document transactions; prepare merchandise; and support store operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, product valuation and negotiation ability, point-of-sale familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, and attention to compliance.
