Description
The Pawnbroker evaluates jewelry, consumer electronics, tools, and other collateral; explains pawn loans, purchases, and trade-in options; tests merchandise; negotiates offers; documents transactions; prepares acquired products; and supports store operations and online sales. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, product valuation and negotiation ability, point-of-sale familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, and attention to compliance. Compensation is $15.00–$22.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).
