Description
The Payer Contract Analyst interprets, models, maintains, and monitors payer contract reimbursement terms under the supervision of the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The role partners with Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Finance; administers the Strata Decision Technology Contract Analytics platform; translates contract language into reimbursement logic; analyzes proposals and policy changes; supports negotiations, renewals, and underpayment audits; validates payments; assesses Price Transparency compliance; prepares performance reports and payer scorecards; and performs ASC case costing and profitability analysis. The hiring range is $67,811.43 to $84,764.29 annually, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
