Payer Contracting Manager at Pure Infusion

Pure Infusion is hiring a Payer Contracting Manager – Specialty Pharmacy & Home Infusion to lead the development, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of payer contracts for specialty pharmacy and ambulatory infusion services across a 14-state service area. The role owns payer relationships, develops contracting strategies, negotiates reimbursement and network participation agreements, analyzes contract performance, and collaborates with revenue cycle, pharmacy, clinical, compliance, finance, legal, and business development teams. The position requires 6–8 years of relevant healthcare contracting or reimbursement experience, commercial and government contract negotiation experience, and the ability to meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements.
