Description
The Contract Senior Advisor (Payer Contracting Manager) will advise CarePathRx’s health system partners on home infusion payer contracts, reimbursement rates, managed-care terms, contract amendments, implementation processes, audits, and change management. The role partners with client executives and internal teams, maintains payer contract knowledge, and supports billing, collections, and financial outcomes. It requires at least eight years of payer or contract management experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy, along with knowledge of health insurance plans, healthcare billing, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements. The position offers an annual salary of 103,900–173,100 USD and participation in an annual bonus plan, with medical, vision, dental, and other benefits.
