Payer Enrollment Supervisor at Lyra Health

Lyra Health is hiring a full-time Payer Enrollment Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end payer enrollment lifecycle for individual and group providers, including initial enrollments, revalidations, roster submissions, CAQH maintenance, and payer requirements. The role supervises and coaches enrollment staff, serves as a subject matter expert, resolves payer and provider escalations, maintains enrollment data integrity, and leads process improvement and automation initiatives. Candidates need at least four years of payer enrollment experience in a healthcare setting, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and supervisory experience preferred. The position offers an annual base salary of $76,000 to $115,500 plus potential discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
