Description
The Data Operations Specialist will triage, route, and resolve data quality issues across Aledade’s payer data feeds, troubleshoot SFTP and file-transmission failures, support clinical quality audits, maintain contract metadata, and investigate care-gap upload failures. The role collaborates with payers, product, engineering, field operations, and other internal teams; leads data initiatives from discovery through implementation; maintains SOPs; and improves data reliability and ingestion workflows. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of experience in data operations, analytics, product management, or a related technical role, intermediate SQL, and fluency with data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, SFTP, and Jira.
