MEDvidi is hiring a full-time Payer Operations Coordinator to build and execute its growing payer operations function. The role manages payer contracting, credentialing, enrollment, and provider-readiness workflows; tracks applications through approval; follows up with payers; and identifies opportunities to automate repetitive work using AI, templates, dashboards, and scalable processes. Candidates need 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup, consulting, strategy, operations, or similar high-growth environment, along with experience building automated workflows, strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and the ability to work independently in an evolving healthcare operations function. The anticipated salary is $70,000–$75,000 annually.
