Payer Relations Director at Glaukos

The Payer Relations Director will manage coverage, coding, and reimbursement processes across commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, MACs, and other healthcare payers for Glaukos marketed products. The role develops payer strategies, supports key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders, resolves reimbursement barriers, and builds relationships with payers, providers, government entities, and advocacy groups. It is a remote, home-based position requiring extensive payer, reimbursement, account management, and practice-management experience, with significant travel and compensation of $173,400 to $216,800 plus bonus and RSUs.
