SSC Space Italy is hiring a Payload/Equipment System Engineer for its client’s Payloads/Equipment Business Units. The role involves breaking down requirements, defining unit and subsystem architectures, coordinating electronic, mechanical, thermal, software, and third-party resources, supporting procurement and supplier/customer discussions, and contributing to payload functional analyses, interfaces, verification, and design justification. The position requires a relevant master’s degree, significant electronic systems design and development experience, verification control experience, at least five years of system engineering experience, and fluent English.
