Seasats is hiring an in-office Payload Integration Engineer in San Diego, California, to integrate, test, document, and support payloads for unmanned surface vessels from development through production. The role involves payload research, electrical and mechanical interface development, test hardware and wiring harnesses, requirements management, test planning and execution, troubleshooting, and production transition. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, 3–5 years of hardware-building or testing experience, familiarity with PCBAs and basic electronics, and C or C++ programming experience. The position offers $95,000–$130,000 annually plus stock options, 401(k) matching, insurance, and other benefits, and does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
