Description
Varda is hiring a Payload Systems Integration and Test Engineer II to own end-to-end mission success for assigned spacecraft payloads, including internally designed and hosted customer payloads. The role covers requirements capture, interface definition, integration and test planning, environmental and payload-specific testing, troubleshooting, flight operations support, and payload recovery. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least two years of spacecraft or complex electro-mechanical hardware integration and test experience, cleanroom hardware work, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. The position is on-site in El Segundo, California, with a base salary of $119,543 to $152,749 per year and additional equity and benefits.
