Description
Omni Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Payroll Analyst / Paymaster for its Dallas-based Shared Services team. The role initially serves as the dedicated payroll partner for an assigned hotel property, learning its operations and independently managing end-to-end payroll, including data collection, time and attendance validation, processing, auditing, discrepancy resolution, reconciliations, and post-payroll activities. The position may require travel to hotel properties and later helps standardize payroll processes across additional locations. It requires three to five years of multi-state payroll experience, strong Dayforce and payroll auditing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
