Inova is hiring a full-time Payment Integrity Specialist for a Monday-through-Friday hybrid role. The position validates reimbursement accuracy, analyzes claims and remittances, investigates payment variances and denials, identifies overpayment recovery opportunities, performs root-cause analyses, and recommends operational and leadership actions to improve revenue protection and payment accuracy. Candidates must have six years of experience in Payment Integrity, Denials Management, or similar roles, and an associate's degree in a relevant field or a high school diploma/GED plus two years of relevant professional experience.
