The Remittance Investigation Analyst oversees and follows up on remittance-related payment investigations, resolves exceptions involving bankers, customers, and business units, performs daily reconciliation, documents cases, handles back-valuation and nostro-account reconciliations, and supports process reviews, UAT, and projects. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills, design thinking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and attention to detail.
