Description
The Payment Investigations Expert owns the end-to-end payment investigation process, from issue detection through resolution and prevention. The role builds and scales AI-powered automation, tracks performance and user satisfaction, maintains handling guidelines and KPIs, and improves processes through root-cause analysis. It requires deep knowledge of payment schemes and the payments lifecycle, an AI-first mindset, strong data-driven problem-solving, and fluent English communication. The position offers a hybrid arrangement in Turkey after an initial three-month in-office period, with remote work two days per week.
