FxPro is hiring a full-time Payments Monitoring Specialist to monitor client deposits and withdrawals across payment service providers, acquirers, and payment channels. The role investigates failed or delayed transactions, produces performance reports, supports client accounting, assists fraud prevention and compliance, maintains monitoring dashboards, and helps onboard and test new payment methods. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least two years of payments monitoring or related experience, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with payment operations, compliance standards, and payment routing.
