FORMA is hiring a Payment Operations Manager to build and develop its payments function from the ground up. The role owns payment provider onboarding, transaction monitoring, performance and risk analytics, approval-rate and revenue improvements, process development, and cross-functional coordination with operations, finance, legal, product, and technology teams. It requires at least one year of payments or related experience, analytical tool proficiency, and upper-intermediate English.
