Rho is hiring a Payment Operations Associate to support day-to-day payment processing for its banking platform. The role handles client repayments, rewards and credits, credit and card program settings, wire and ACH operations, fraud and credit review, delinquency reporting, compliance escalations, and the Letter of Credit program. Candidates need at least two years of experience in payment, banking, treasury, or a similar operations function, knowledge of payment rails, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with operational tools. The target compensation is $70,000 to $100,000, with equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
