Flywire is hiring a Payment Operations Associate, Payins to manage and streamline incoming payments, match payments to customer bookings, reconcile accounting entries across global accounts and currencies, investigate unmatched or misapplied payments, troubleshoot bank and partner reporting, and recommend process improvements. The role supports Payment Operations, Payouts, and Customer Support teams and requires an undergraduate degree, 1–2 years of corporate payments or banking experience, strong reconciliation and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
