Description
Zepz is hiring a Payment Operations Director to lead end-to-end payment operations across global corridors, including bank transfers, card networks, mobile wallets, and cash payout networks. The role owns transaction execution, routing and partner performance, monitoring, exception handling, reconciliation, automation, KPI reporting, and the management of payment operations specialists, analysts, and team leads. It requires extensive hands-on leadership experience in high-volume payment operations within a global FinTech, FX, or cross-border remittance environment, along with strong operational, data, and AI literacy. The position is permanent and hybrid, with regular attendance expected at the London office.
