Payment Operations Director at zepz

Zepz is hiring a Payment Operations Director to lead global payment operations across WorldRemit and Sendwave. The role owns end-to-end payment execution across international corridors and payment rails, partner performance, transaction monitoring and exception management, reconciliation, process automation, KPI reporting, and the leadership and scaling of a high-performing operations team. It is a permanent hybrid position requiring regular attendance at the company’s London office and extensive senior leadership experience in high-volume payments within fintech, foreign exchange, or cross-border remittance.
