SKELAR is hiring a Payment Operations Manager to join the Strategy & Growth team and oversee payment operations for several businesses. The role manages end-to-end KYC, payment-provider selection and integration, cash-flow monitoring, limits and reserves, holds and payouts, PCI DSS compliance, and negotiations with acquirers. Candidates should understand online transactions, KYC/AML onboarding, payment reconciliation, and English communication; fintech startup and SaaS experience are preferred.
