Description
Payhawk is hiring an experienced Payment Operations Specialist in Sofia to monitor and resolve card and bank payment issues, coordinate with issuers, processors, vendors, and banking partners, manage chargebacks and client offboarding, oversee card inventory and payment liquidity, improve straight-through processing, and maintain payment operations processes and documentation. The role works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Implementations, Payments, and Compliance teams in a fast-scaling SaaS and fintech environment.
