Description
Global-e is hiring a Payment Operations Specialist to support daily payment product operations, investigate issues across gateways, acquirers, and payment methods, analyze payment performance data, manage API-based integrations and payment flows, coordinate with internal teams and external payment partners, and contribute to process improvements and automation. The role requires at least two years of payment operations experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, SQL and Excel proficiency, analytical problem-solving skills, and strong communication.
