Description
The Payment Posting Specialist supports revenue-cycle operations by uploading deposits, posting Electronic Remittance Advises, reconciling bank deposits, managing credit balances and refunds, processing patient payments, completing transaction audits, and assisting with EOB access. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer and EHR knowledge, and familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding; eClinicalWorks, Medisoft, and English-Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.
