Description
The Payments Process Owner will define and govern the end-to-end customer payment and cash application process for the Group across operating countries, starting with Italy, Spain, and France and later extending to Turkey and Israel. The role coordinates the Incomes & Back Office team in Italy, aligns local business units on country-specific requirements, monitors payment KPIs, interfaces with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and ICT, and leads RPA, AI, and I2C SaaS platform initiatives. Candidates need a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or an equivalent field, 5–7 years of relevant experience, multi-country payment-process experience, senior-level SAP or another finance platform knowledge, BI dashboarding skills, strong stakeholder coordination, and fluent English with native or equivalent Italian proficiency. The position offers full-time employment, a hybrid model, and total compensation of €56,000–€73,000 including a performance-linked variable component.
