Description
Ivy Computer is hiring a full-time Payment Processing Facilitator to serve as a financial liaison between the company and customers. The role involves answering customer calls, making outbound follow-up calls, guiding customers through payment solutions, monitoring and processing electronic payments, updating banking information, and troubleshooting payment errors. The position requires strong verbal communication, customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Suite. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with office work Monday through Thursday and optional work-from-home Fridays after training. Compensation starts at $25 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and other insurance benefits.
