TTEC is hiring an onsite Payment Processing Specialist in Clifton Forge, Virginia. The role analyzes and resolves credit-card chargebacks, reconciles transactions and balances, prepares financial reports, processes customer-account fees, and communicates with customers. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of customer service experience, intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably bank reconciliation experience. The starting wage is $16.25 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities, with benefits potentially including health and wellness incentives, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
