Description
Microsoft is hiring a Payments Manager, LATAM to lead payment strategy, performance, partner management, market expansion, fraud and risk, and compliance across Latin America. The role owns authorization rates, chargebacks, fraud, refunds, customer experience, and cost of payments; manages acquirers, processors, gateways, networks, and local payment providers; launches and scales local payment methods; and collaborates with global and regional stakeholders. Required qualifications include a relevant master's degree with 2+ years of financial experience or a relevant bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include extensive payments experience, partner negotiation, analytical and cross-functional leadership skills, Latin American payment ecosystem knowledge, and proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $97,600–$188,400 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
