Description
Cardless is hiring a Payments Operations Manager to scale and operate the infrastructure behind its credit card and loyalty programs. This individual-contributor role owns card lifecycle automation, processor and network integrations, program launches, exception handling, reconciliation, monitoring, dashboards, and back-office SOPs. The role requires at least five years of payment or card operations experience, knowledge of card processors and network file formats, strong SQL, and experience building operational tooling and automation. It is an in-office position in San Francisco, California, with expected cash compensation of $150,000–$180,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
