Curve Dental is hiring a Payments Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone for its Curve Pay and FlexPayments businesses. The role owns the operating cadence, performance dashboards, reporting, account and business health monitoring, cross-functional execution, process and system improvements, business reviews, and leadership communications. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, strategy and operations, or program management, with a track record of building reporting infrastructure, driving initiatives across teams, supporting product launches, and communicating effectively with executives and frontline teams.
