MiFinity is hiring a mid-level, full-time Payments Relationship Manager to oversee and improve relationships with payment suppliers, drive supplier performance and revenue, manage contracts, monitor KPIs, resolve escalations, and mitigate regulatory and operational risks. The role requires at least four years of online payments experience, knowledge of payments flows and reconciliation, strong commercial and communication skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings.
