Twitch is hiring a Payments Software Engineer to join its engineering team and report to the Senior Engineering Manager of Payments. The role focuses on designing, developing, and operating commerce and payments platform services at scale, partnering with product, design, data, and other engineering teams, and improving engineering processes. The position is based in San Francisco, California, and requires professional software development experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or prior engineering experience, strong data structures and schema design knowledge, programming experience in Go, Ruby, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AWS.
