Description
Leadtech is hiring a Payments Team Lead to own the performance and service quality of its payment ecosystem across revenue optimization and internal account management. The role analyzes authorization rates, decline reasons, routing, APMs, PSP economics, and payment performance; develops dashboards and reporting; partners with business units and external payment providers; and leads a small team across both functions. The position requires 5–8 years of professional experience, including 4–5 years in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or a related environment, plus 2–3 years of people management experience.
