Description
The Payor Credentialing Specialist will manage healthcare providers’ credentialing applications, verify and update provider information, maintain compliance with payor and regulatory requirements, track credentialing status, resolve issues, prepare documentation, audit files, and support onboarding and credentialing policies. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of healthcare credentialing or payor enrollment experience, knowledge of credentialing processes and regulations, proficiency with credentialing software and Microsoft Office, and strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
