Responsibilities include responding to payroll queries, administering new starter, job change, and termination calculations, maintaining employee records, and performing pay run variance reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of salary, superannuation, taxation, workers compensation, salary sacrifice, and salary packaging, along with experience in HCM/payroll systems.
