Constaff is hiring a Payroll Accountant to join its Payroll Accounting Team in Heidelberg, starting in December 2026. The role processes payroll, maintains employee, time, and payroll data, supports working-time-account administration, answers payroll-related questions, and communicates with authorities. Candidates should have tax-clerk or commercial training with payroll-accounting knowledge, ideally at least two years of professional payroll-accounting experience, Datev knowledge, MS Office and Excel skills, accuracy, teamwork, and very good German. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, regular work from home, overtime compensation, training, and a company pension plan.
