Description
The role independently manages payroll accounting and HR administration for a defined group of employees, including monthly payroll runs, special payments, employee and master data, reporting, authority correspondence, onboarding and offboarding support, and year-end closing. It requires commercial training, several years of payroll-accounting experience, knowledge of employment, wage-tax, and social-security law, and familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft 365.
