Description
The Payroll Specialist will calculate wages, vacation pay, compensation, and sickness benefits; make payroll deductions; ensure timely payments; and perform tax calculations in accordance with Latvian law. The role requires higher education in accounting, economics, or a related finance field, two years of similar experience, Latvian language skills, knowledge of Latvian tax legislation, computer skills, and accuracy. It is based in the Akropole Rīga business center, offers health insurance after three months, and pays 1700 to 1900 EUR gross per month.
