Magellan is hiring a Payroll AMOA Manager to independently manage high-stakes HR Administration, Payroll, Time and Attendance Management, and Digital HR transformation projects. The role covers vendor selection, project scoping, master plans, RFI/RFP process redesign, auditing and optimization, strategy, change management, recruitment, commercial proposals, and client relationship management. Candidates must have a BAC + 5 education, a leading grande école or postgraduate university qualification, and at least five years of consulting or relevant experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or Time and Attendance Management.
