The role includes payroll calculation review, reporting and analysis, tax reconciliation, compliance monitoring, audit documentation, payroll system testing and integrations, data validation, and employee and manager support. Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent relevant payroll experience, 2–4 years of payroll experience, payroll software or HRIS exposure, payroll auditing experience, and advanced Microsoft Excel and business application skills.
