Description
The Payroll Specialist processes payroll, timecards, deductions, benefits, taxes, and payments; maintains payroll records and reconciliations; supports audits and DCAA requirements; and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and wage laws. The role requires a high school diploma, two years of payroll processing experience, and knowledge of payroll functions, financial regulations, accounting software, and auditing standards. It is a hybrid position with three days in the office and can be based in Anchorage, Arlington, Colorado Springs, or Reston. The salary is $75,000 to $90,000, with health, dental, vision, paid time off, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits.
